Made from forged Japanese 440C steel from Yamamuro. Previously, in order to improve the crystalline structure and make steel on blades and axes, the blacksmith hit the hot workpiece many hundreds of times with a heavy hammer. Now the Japanese company Yamamuro is improving the standard 440C material by compressing hot plates under a press. Thus, blades on scissors have the same volume, but more weight.

The complex geometrically very thin internal Ride line gives minimal friction between the blades and guarantees a VERY smooth ride of the blades. The scissors are made with virtually no human intervention, on huge CNC machines, eliminating errors and the human factor. Previously, when we received 20 scissors, laid them out on the table, we easily found the “worst” and “best”, they all had differences, since the result depended on the work of people at each stage. Now all scissors are identical down to hundredths of a millimeter in any part.

The convex sharpening has a very sharp angle and easily cuts the hair, supposedly “shaving” the dog.
