The number of teeth remained the same - 48, the length of the blade, the width of the tooth and the width of the gaps increased proportionally. The classic V-shaped tooth is an ideal solution for thinning scissors, since the U-shaped tooth has a lower shear coefficient, and the W-shaped (aggressive) one is very difficult to sharpen.
