The scissors are versatile, but they are better suited for a "heavy finish" where you need to cut the hair, and not just level out individual areas. Moreover, it will be a very smooth controlled cut of voluminous wool, and not chopping, as in Geib Gator or Witte Roseline 88080. Universal heavy scissors with a bias in polishing.

Chankers are very successful, due to the short length of the canvas, they work well on the mass of wool.

The entire set is made of 9CR18COMOV material, which is analogous to 440-B steel with the addition of molybdenum and vanadium. Not the best steel in the world, but guaranteed to be above average!
