Payment
Online payment at the time of ordering (prepayment):
- By Visa/MasterCard bank card through the instant payment system
- Using Google Pay, Apple Pay services
Please note!
Online payment can only be made with cards of Ukrainian banks or their direct partners. According to the rules of the payment system, payment may be refused if the transaction is considered risky.
To receive the goods paid for online, you must pass SMS-identification using the phone number of the order recipient.
Payment upon receipt of the order (cash on delivery)
Payment by card or cash is made upon receipt of the goods, after checking their integrity and completeness.

Delivery
You choose the delivery service yourself at the stage of placing an order for the goods that are in the “Cart”.
After sending the order, you will receive a message by e-mail/messenger/phone with information about receiving the parcel with the goods.
The delivery options, terms and cost are determined by the delivery service you choose (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).
Parcels are delivered within the territory of Ukraine between regional centers (excluding the day of departure) usually on time:
- “Nova Poshta - up to 3 business days;
- “Ukrposhta - up to 6 business days.
Delivery is paid by the client at the rates of the delivery service.
You can calculate the cost on the website: ”Nova Poshta” or “UkrPoshta”.
Orders for delivery via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta are accepted according to the working hours of these companies (available on the official website of each company).
You can pick up your order at the delivery service pickup point in your city. To receive the parcel, you need to show your passport (or driver's license), name the departure number (tracking number) and pay the shipping cost.
You can check the arrival time and shipping cost on the website of the delivery service using the express waybill number.
The delivery company must notify you via SMS of the exact delivery time of your order.
Check the goods when you receive the parcel
Please check your order upon receipt at the point of delivery, namely: packaging, preservation of the presentation and properties of the goods.
We are confident in the quality of our goods and their packaging, but we do not exclude cases of negligence of delivery service employees, as well as the influence of force majeure.
Therefore, if you find strange or damaged packaging, carefully check the contents of the parcel at the point of delivery in the presence of a company employee. Otherwise, it will be impossible to make claims regarding the quality of packaging and transportation.
Please also check the received goods for mechanical damage or incomplete completeness immediately upon receipt. In case of any problems with the parcel, please contact us!
Receive your parcel on time
Please do not delay in receiving the parcel to avoid spending money on paid storage.
Upon arrival at a Nova Poshta branch, the parcel is stored free of charge for 7 days. “Ukrposhta stores mail for free for up to 30 days.
