Groomer's feedback on the WAHL KM5. The machine looks very nice, cool purple color, streamlined ergonomic shape, very comfortable in the hand. The clipper cuts well, but there are questions about the knife in the kit - all the same, these Wahl Ultimate are inferior in quality and speed to Andis, Buttercut or Moser knives, and the size of 1.8 mm seems somehow poorly applicable in grooming. The sound of the work is not bad, the vibration is average, but it seems somehow asynchronous, as if with a periodic light tapping. This machine "does not like" to fall off the table.

Verdict. You can buy if the appearance is important and you are sure that you will not drop the machine. In all other respects, it is very similar to the Moser1250 and has no competitive advantage over other machines.
