They are a good, inexpensive option, light polishing scissors for cutting dogs.
The blade has a rib which, apart from purely visual effect, slightly increases the weight of the blade, increasing the cutting force.
It is written on the scissors that this is Cobalt steel, but personally I have doubts about this, but even being made from a standard inexpensive 9CR18, due to the price, this is a good price / quality ratio.
