For those who found the length of the standard Alpha shears, at 6.5 by 30 teeth, to be small, an extended version was created, with a size of 7.0. The number of teeth has changed, now there are 35. In terms of functionality, the scissors remained versatile and powerful, with the main task of thinning out denser wool. The classic V-shaped tooth is an ideal solution for thinning scissors, since the U-shaped tooth has a lower shear coefficient, and the W-shaped (aggressive) one is very difficult to sharpen.
The VG10 material is cobalt steel from Japan, the best available on the market in any price range. Scissors are moderately heavy, with a massive amplifier for the little finger, offset handle and semi-convex sharpening. Very confident "lie" in the hand and do not require frequent sharpening.
Just a masterpiece for this price, the perfect balance of price and quality.
