Universal, classic shankers with medium tooth width and medium distance between teeth. Beautiful finishing cut. By weight of wool, they work less successfully, inferior to shank filers with large gaps between teeth.
7.5 inches used to seem too short, but now it is becoming more and more relevant. Groomers have long understood that a short blade provides much greater cutting force than scissors closer to 8 inches. But 7.5", to which this model belongs, has not lost its relevance.
In terms of steel grade, they are not inferior to most more expensive models, and the semi-convex sharpening is not particularly smooth, but it is durable and easy to resharpen .
