Mriya VOЇN straight grooming scissors
Designed with the concept of price/quality in mind. Made of Chinese material 9CR18, which is not something fantastic, but is perfectly suited for the purpose of creating budget scissors. Some manufacturers, even in expensive scissors, do not declare their steel grade, they do it not because they are modest, but because they have nothing to be proud of - in 80% we will find 9CR18. Mriya in this case goes the way - "everything is like everyone else's, but cheaper".
They specifically have a slightly thickened blade to increase cutting force, which slightly increases the weight of the scissors.
The handle is offset, the blade has a semi-convex sharpening - classic signs of universal scissors.
