It is a good, inexpensive option for lightweight polishing scissors for dog grooming.
The blade has an edge, which, in addition to the purely visual effect, slightly increases the weight of the blade, enhancing the cutting force.
The scissors say they are Cobalt steel, but I personally have my doubts about this, but even being made of standard inexpensive 9CR18, for the price, it's a good value for money.
