The number of teeth remained the same - 48, the blade length, tooth width and gap width increased proportionally. In terms of functionality, the scissors remained universal and powerful. The classic, V-shaped tooth is an ideal solution for filleting knives, since the U-shaped tooth has a lower cutting coefficient, and the W-shaped (aggressive) is very difficult to sharpen.
