Barracuda ALPHA 7.0" thinning shears with 35 teeth
For those who find the length of the standard Alpha scissors, size 6.5 with 30 teeth, too small, an extended version was created, with a size of 7.0. The number of teeth has changed, now there are 35. In terms of functionality, the scissors remain versatile and powerful, with the main task being thinning denser wool.
The classic, V-shaped tooth is an ideal solution for filleting knives, as the U-shaped tooth has a lower cutting coefficient, and the W-shaped (aggressive) tooth is very difficult to sharpen.
Material VG10 - cobalt steel from Japan , the best on the market in any price range. The scissors are moderately heavy, with a massive little finger amplifier, offset handle and semi-convex sharpening. They "lie" very confidently in the hand and do not require frequent sharpening.
